HOT-PRINTED DESIGNS ON LEATHER GOODS

Molds with high heat conductivity for ornamental hotprinted designs are one of the historical products of Gruppo Meccaniche Luciani.
We select only high quality raw materials to guarantee the durability of our molds over time and to transfer every single detail of a drawing onto leather goods.
They can be produced in several sizes and for any pattern, including three-dimensional effects.

PERFORATION AND LEATHER EMBELLISHMENTS

Quality, absolute precision and a mix of different shaped perforations, even the most particular, are the elements characterizing our molds.
Custom steel “comb” molds, for modular ornamental perforations on leather goods, to be used on Gfp, Ormac or similar type cutting machines.
Custom dimension plates for repetitive patterns or for specific designs.

HOLLOW PUNCHES

Steel hollow punches with a single or double cutting edge for cutting shoe uppers and for embellishments on leather products such as perforations, decorative seams, fringes, etc.
Steel hollow punches made from a steel block, with work executed mechanically by CNC, for the creation of particularly complex products.
