ROSE PINS
Gruppo Meccaniche Luciani is pleased to present a new technology for the application of Swarovski Rose Pins: the custom molds for “Rose Pins”. This innovative tool comes with a patented scratchproof system for the safe application of the crystals.
Our Rose Pins molds are listed among the recommended application methods in the Swarovski manual and they represent the only system able to apply thousands of crystals simultaneously, with utmost mechanical precision and reduced application time.
Our molds can be produced in different dimensions and endless patterns, for grids also. The molds for specific studs’ designs are equipped with the appropriate masks, which can also be manufactured for grid molds on request, making application easy and fast.
3D STUDS
The mold for the simultaneous application of 3D Studs is a very new system patented by Gruppo Meccaniche Luciani, devised in collaboration with Swarovski.
In the Swarovski 3D Studs the crystals are sitting atop metal casings of three different heights, perfect to create three-dimensional effects and highly textured surfaces ideal for fashion.
The exclusive innovation patented by Gruppo Meccaniche Luciani frees the designers creativity as allows the realization of sophisticated drawings and effects. As a matter of fact, the mold makes possible to apply, in only one shot, hundreds of studs and backparts without pre-drilling the material.
The custom molds can be realized in linear or diagonal grids and for “artistic” drawings as well.
